Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Innovative Software Technologies in Galle to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate leads. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with internal teams and sister companies to deliver data‑driven results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, search and email.
• Manage social media accounts, create and adapt content for each platform and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives and manage online advertising budgets.
• Conduct competitor and audience research and provide regular performance reports using web and marketing analytics tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital or online marketing, preferably in a tech‑focused or agency environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Galle, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
