Tech Lead QA

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Lead QA to oversee and execute quality assurance activities across our software products. The role blends hands‑on manual and automated testing with leadership of the QA team to ensure reliable, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing, including release and functional testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium.
• Implement and sustain BDD practices with SpecFlow to improve collaboration.
• Develop and execute test cases and automation scripts using C# and .NET.
• Utilize Visual Studio for test automation project development and management.
• Track defects, manage test cases, and coordinate team activities through JIRA.
• Conduct thorough API testing to validate backend service integration and functionality.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Document testing processes, results, and issues and communicate them to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong background with C#/.NET development for test automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium and SpecFlow for BDD.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and JIRA for test management.
• Experience performing API testing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a QA team.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
