Manager – Internal Audit (Information Systems Audit)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, service‑oriented Manager to lead and execute risk‑based internal audits of information systems across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and digital platforms. The role will support the bank’s audit universe, develop multi‑year plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform IT audits covering applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments and technology operations, including planning, scoping, testing and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a risk‑based Information Systems Audit Universe and multi‑year audit plan aligned with the bank’s strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management practices and governance processes, and provide clear audit reports with recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use data analytics and continuous auditing techniques to enhance coverage, identify anomalies and improve assurance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, risk, compliance, external auditors and regulators while maintaining independence.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT audit, information security or technology risk management, including at least 2 years at an executive level.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, GISP, or a master’s degree in information security or computer science.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a distinct advantage.

• Strong understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity threats and IT governance frameworks.
• Ability to assess control design and effectiveness, and to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in data‑analytics techniques and tools for audit reviews.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
