Talent Partner – Recruitment Consultant (IT)

About the role

This role goes beyond traditional recruitment. As a Talent Partner you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, shaping workforce planning, talent attraction and employer branding while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance talent acquisition frameworks aligned with Cube’s People Strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals and social platforms while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent partner roles.
• Recognised qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and candidate attraction strategies.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent analytics is desirable.
