Senior Finance Executive – FP&A & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Finance (FP&A and Reporting) to join our growing team in Kelaniya. This full‑time, onsite position reports to management and will oversee day‑to‑day finance operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance and provide the insights leadership needs for sound business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and MIS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor cash flow, control costs and manage tax compliance, filings and reconciliations, including VAT.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Strengthen internal controls and provide financial analysis and decision support to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
• CIMA, ACCA or CA Sri Lanka qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and Sri Lankan tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines.
• Experience in recruitment, HR or service industries is a plus.
