About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Consultant to join our NEXA ERP team in Jaffna. The role involves leading ERP implementations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring customer success throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects and oversee customer onboarding.
- Analyse client business requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
- Conduct software demonstrations, client consultations, and user training sessions.
- Manage customer relationships to guarantee successful ERP roll‑outs.
- Coordinate with sales, development, and technical support teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ERP utilization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the consulting and implementation team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting or a related field (advanced degrees a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation or business software solutions.
