Senior Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, solution‑oriented Senior Business Consultant to join our IT Consulting and Engineering team. In this position you will act as the primary liaison between senior business leaders, finance stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, translating business challenges into technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units, finance teams, and engineering groups to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Analyze and optimize billing, revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure solutions in partnership with architects and developers.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Oversee development, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Partner with QA teams to define test cases, coordinate UAT sessions, and secure stakeholder sign‑off.
• Provide post‑deployment support, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present solution roadmaps, progress updates, and impact assessments to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior business consulting or business partner role, preferably within billing or finance domains.
• Strong ability to communicate complex business needs to technical audiences.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional teams through end‑to‑end delivery cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a focus on senior leadership engagement.
