Senior Accountant with FRS 102 & 105

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant experienced in UK financial reporting standards (FRS 102 & 105) to join our finance team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality accounting services for UK‑based clients, ensuring compliance with VAT and Self‑Assessment obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle UK VAT processes and Self‑Assessment procedures for clients.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 and FRS 105.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Support audit activities, drawing on at least 2 years of UK or local audit experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in UK audit or local audit.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities and accuracy in financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client‑facing experience.
