Motion & Graphic Designer Intern

About the role

The Motion & Graphic Designer Intern will work full‑time in a hybrid setting, based mainly in Homagama with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The role focuses on creating motion graphics and video content for digital platforms while supporting visual asset development for marketing campaigns and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and video content for digital platforms.
• Design static and animated graphics for web and social media.
• Support visual asset development for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in storyboarding and editing short videos.
• Prepare design files optimized for web and mobile use.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and content creators to ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• Strong skills in motion design and motion graphics.
• Experience or coursework in video production, including basic editing and post‑production.
• Proficiency in graphic design for web and social media.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept feedback and meet deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in design, multimedia, animation or a related field.
