Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer located in Colombo. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating high-quality visual content, including graphics, logo designs, brand identities, and other creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to execute design projects.
• Select appropriate typography for each project.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Previous experience or an internship in a design or advertising role is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in graphic design and the ability to conceptualize creative ideas.
• Experience in logo design and branding with a strong sense of visual identity development.
• Knowledge of typography, including font selection and layout design.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
