Food & Beverage Executive – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the historic Amangalla hotel, set within Sri Lanka’s 17th‑century Galle Fort, as a Food & Beverage Executive. You will help deliver ultra‑luxury dining experiences that reflect the brand’s high standards and create memorable moments for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service in line with the hotel’s luxury brand standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, wine pairings, beverages and promotions to guide guests confidently.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve requests promptly and ensure personalised, refined service.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards according to hotel policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
• Support inventory control, stock handling and accurate billing procedures.
• Contribute to departmental service, quality and guest‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong organisational abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
