Executive Sales Representative

About the role

The Executive Sales Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Battaramulla. You will support AMERCK CARE’s leadership team in driving revenue growth and expanding our digital health solutions across key healthcare markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads among doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare organisations through networking, referrals and targeted sales activities.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, present suitable solutions, negotiate terms and convert prospects into clients while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, gather feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to coordinate campaigns, product demonstrations, onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field, with proven experience in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer‑focused approach.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to use sales data for informed decision‑making.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and sales reporting.
