E-commerce Fulfilment Executive – Colombo

About the role

Aodour is seeking a proactive Fulfilment Executive to oversee daily e‑commerce warehouse operations in Colombo. The role focuses on efficient order processing, coordination with courier partners, and ensuring timely deliveries to support the company’s fast‑growing online retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing including picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate reports and update order status.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of Excel and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify, Daraz, or 3PL operations is a plus.
