Digital Marketing & Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to boost Verger’s brand presence in local and international markets. The role focuses on content creation, content strategy and end‑to‑end campaign management while collaborating closely with sales, technical, R&D and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured content strategy, producing engaging copy, videos, graphics and product stories for LinkedIn, website, brochures and other channels.
• Plan, launch and monitor integrated digital campaigns for brand awareness, product promotion, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Manage digital platforms including website, LinkedIn and other social media, overseeing paid promotions, SEO/SEM and performance analytics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touch‑points and support new product, market and corporate branding initiatives.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and use insights to optimise future content and campaigns.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management or integrated marketing.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience in content creation, content strategy and campaign management.
• Strong ability to translate technical product information into compelling commercial content.
