Delivery Program Head

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Program Head to lead the delivery of large‑scale technical and digital transformation programmes for global clients. The role will act as the main point of contact for customers, overseeing multiple programmes simultaneously while ensuring financial targets and business outcomes are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large programmes, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule and budget.
• Serve as the primary liaison for US and European clients, handling communications, escalations and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance through SLAs, KPIs and metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead governance calls, programme reviews and issue‑resolution processes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams and internal stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of experience in technical programme delivery and digital transformation.
• Proven track record working with global clients, particularly in the US and Europe.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior executive level.
• Experience overseeing financial performance of programmes.
• Ability to lead, mentor and grow delivery teams.
• Hybrid work mode, with at least 12 years of professional experience.
