Associate Software Engineer - RPA

About the role

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to automating business processes using cutting‑edge tools. In this role you will create, design, and deploy automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy RPA/workflow solutions based on client requirements.
• Troubleshoot on‑site or off‑site to ensure seamless delivery.
• Complete assigned projects on time.

Required profile

• 1+ year of hands‑on RPA experience (including internships) with tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, VB Scripts, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience designing workflows on the .NET platform (C# or VB.NET) and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the full RPA lifecycle from process identification to deployment.
• Exposure to ERP system integration with automation tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
