Manager - AI Architect & Governance

About the role

Dialog is building a trusted, secure and responsible AI ecosystem across the enterprise. As an AI Architect & Governance Manager you will design, operationalise and continuously improve AI governance, risk and compliance practices at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the AI Governance Framework, policies, standards and controls.
• Establish and manage enterprise‑wide AI asset, tool, system and service inventories and registries.
• Lead AI registration, monitoring, Shadow AI management and governance reporting activities.
• Coordinate AI tool onboarding, assessment, whitelisting and blacklisting with Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance and IT teams.
• Define controls for AI agents, copilots and autonomous workflows, including human oversight and auditability.
• Review AI solution architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and regulatory standards.
• Embed governance controls across the MLOps lifecycle, model registries, traceability and deployment processes.
• Support Responsible AI initiatives covering fairness, explainability, bias mitigation and risk management.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data & Analytics or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI, data engineering, analytics platforms, MLOps, DevOps or AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance frameworks, Responsible AI principles, ISO/IEC 42001 and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines and model registry technologies.
• Expertise in AI risk assessment, AI asset inventory management and AI governance automation.
