Web Project Manager – BPO Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Web Project Manager to lead web‑related projects for international BPO clients. You will act as the main liaison between global stakeholders and our internal development, design and content teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage web projects for international clients, tracking timelines, deliverables and quality.
• Serve as the primary communication point between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports and updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, designers and content specialists.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring smooth client communication and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in project management, web coordination or a similar role within the IT or digital sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working across different time zones, especially US business hours.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
