Videographer & Content Creator

About the role

Codimite is looking for a creative, hands‑on Videographer & Content Creator to produce engaging video assets for social media, campaigns, events, product communications and brand initiatives. You will turn ideas, people, products and everyday moments into short‑form, platform‑ready videos that showcase the company’s innovative AI‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, locations, props and basic production plans.
• Film high‑quality video using professional cameras, smartphones and suitable equipment.
• Produce short‑form formats such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, teasers, behind‑the‑scenes clips and promotional pieces.
• Capture interviews, talking‑head videos, employee stories, product demos, events, podcasts and lifestyle content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product and HR to translate briefs into visual content.
• Direct participants during shoots to achieve natural performances.
• Handle basic lighting, framing, composition, camera angles, audio and other production elements.
• Edit footage into polished videos, maintaining storytelling, pacing and brand consistency.
• Create simple motion graphics, captions, animated titles, transitions and branded visual elements.
• Adapt videos for different platforms, aspect ratios and audience requirements.
• Organise and maintain raw footage, project files, templates and content libraries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, AI‑powered creative tools and emerging digital techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in content creation, videography or video production.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of video content for social media and brand communication.
• Good visual eye and awareness of current social‑media trends.
