Video Editor – Podcasts (Remote)

About the role

Global Tech Develop is seeking a remote Video Editor dedicated to producing high‑quality podcast video content. You will work closely with hosts, producers, and the marketing team to turn raw footage into engaging episodes that reflect the brand’s visual and audio standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and trim raw video and audio recordings for each podcast episode.
• Perform color grading to ensure a consistent, professional look.
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and other visual elements that enhance storytelling.
• Balance and clean audio, applying loudness standards for streaming platforms.
• Optimize final videos for distribution on YouTube, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and manage version control.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet publishing deadlines in a remote setting.
• Effective communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Experience with podcast video workflows or similar content creation.
• Relevant education or training in film, media production, or digital design is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Video color grading expertise.
• Motion‑graphics creation and integration.
• Audio editing, sound design, and familiarity with loudness standards for podcasts.
