Vendor Incubation Executive – Commercial

About the role

The Vendor Incubation Executive will guide new sellers through the onboarding journey on our marketplace platform. You will ensure that vendors complete all required documentation, set up their accounts, and become operationally ready to sell.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation verification and account setup.
• Deliver orientation sessions and basic training on platform tools, policies, listing procedures, order management, and performance metrics.
• Assist vendors in uploading catalogs, creating product listings, and configuring pricing and inventory.
• Guide vendors through fulfillment, logistics, payment, and returns workflows.
• Monitor early vendor activity, flag risks, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to senior teams.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding status, training completion, and incubation progress.
• Support workshops, webinars, and other vendor engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on activation rates and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with category management, marketplace operations, logistics, and customer support to resolve vendor challenges.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, E‑commerce, Marketing, IT or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Less than 1 year of experience in vendor management, seller support, customer service, business development or e‑commerce operations.
• Basic understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital business processes.
• Strong communication and training abilities with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, dashboards and seller‑center tools.
