Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel inquiries and bookings for both inbound and outbound tourism.
• Prepare and manage travel documentation using MS Office tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of travel services.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate.
• HND, Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound tourism.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good computer literacy, specifically MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
