Training & Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead our Training Academy and the overall Learning & Development function. The successful candidate will design, implement and continuously improve training and development programmes that align with business objectives and build a strong future leadership pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Training Academy and L&D function across multiple locations.
• Design and implement training programmes, including leadership, career development and succession planning.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and employee performance assessments to identify gaps.
• Develop standardized training frameworks for new restaurant openings and business expansion.
• Create scalable training and certification programmes and introduce digital learning solutions.
• Establish training standards, maintain records and ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support employee engagement and talent development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training or similar roles.
• Proven experience in leadership development, succession planning and building talent pipelines.
• Strong strategic thinking, people management and ability to lead an L&D team.
• Experience in hospitality, QSR, retail or fast‑paced operational environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern learning methods and digital learning solutions.
