Trainee Business Analyst

About the role

Codimite is leveraging AI tools such as Google Gemini Pro, ADK, and n8n to modernise software development. The Trainee Business Analyst will support project teams by gathering requirements, liaising with customers, and helping shape AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to understand project objectives.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, and other project artefacts.
• Support project coordination, follow‑up on tasks, and assist in testing solutions.

Required profile

• 6–12 months of prior experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English.
• Confidence interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Good organisational, time‑management, and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
