About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Tele Sales Executive to join our growing technology solutions team in Colombo. The role involves generating sales opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting business growth through effective tele‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound engagement.
• Promote products and services, communicating clear value propositions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and support the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Track performance against targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support junior sales team members when needed.
• Contribute to improving sales processes and customer engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Customer‑service orientation and commitment to satisfaction.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
