About the role
The Engineering Division of ABC Trade & Investments is seeking a skilled Technician to join its team in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing printer equipment for some of the country’s largest companies, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in‑house and on‑site printer repairs, including troubleshooting and part replacement.
- Provide service and technical support to clients, addressing issues promptly.
- Install new printer units and set up demonstration equipment for client presentations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technician or related technical role.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive, “can‑do” attitude with good interpersonal skills.
