Technical Product Manager - Intelligence Platform (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap of the Variosystems Intelligence (VI) Platform, a service‑oriented solution that supports internal teams and external customers across electronics, mechanical and supply‑chain domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features, acceptance criteria and delivery timelines based on internal processes and customer requirements.
• Manage platform‑related projects, aligning scope, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, handling risks and planning roll‑outs.
• Shape AI‑enabled services such as material cost calculation, quotation, lifecycle, compliance, alternative part search and future engineering services.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sourcing, customer success, business development, IT and external users to continuously improve the platform.
• Provide functional support, user guidance, issue clarification, training input and adoption assistance for internal teams and customers.
• Monitor platform performance, roadmap progress, user adoption, service quality and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager or in a comparable technical platform role.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows in electronics development, PCB layout and mechanical design.
• Practical knowledge of supply‑chain mechanisms, component availability, lifecycle risks and the electronic components market.
• Proven ability to translate business, customer and technical requirements into product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Project‑management experience including planning, coordination, milestone tracking, stakeholder management and risk follow‑up.
