About the role
We’re looking for a Tech Lead to help shape the technical direction of LyveMD. You’ll work closely with leadership to translate product goals into sound technical plans, shape architecture across web, mobile, backend, and cloud, and lead our engineering team as it grows. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can understand the whole system while still getting into the code.
Key responsibilities
- Build production‑quality healthtech products, balancing speed, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Shape system architecture and technical strategy alongside leadership.
- Establish engineering standards across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, QA, and code reviews.
- Lead and mentor engineers and help drive technical hiring.
- Guide technology, vendor, infrastructure, and build‑vs‑buy decisions.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of full‑stack development experience with strong system‑design skills and hands‑on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Understanding of mobile development, APIs, databases, DevOps, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Experience with healthcare, HL7/FHIR, regulated systems, or early‑stage product development is a strong advantage.
