Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior technical lead to own and drive the architecture, design, and end‑to‑end delivery of KAYA’s AI Multi‑Agent workflow orchestration platform. The role combines hands‑on coding with mentoring a growing engineering team to build high‑impact AI‑powered products for regulated enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑powered automation modules, search systems and data‑retrieval models using LLMs, LangChain, RAG and vector databases.
• Lead full‑stack platform development, building scalable microservices and event‑driven architectures with Python, Java, Node.js and front‑end frameworks such as React.js and Angular.
• Deploy, monitor and manage AI models on Kubernetes, OpenShift and cloud platforms, establishing CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies.
• Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices in software engineering, AI model deployment and full‑stack architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and full‑stack development, with a proven track record of delivering AI‑driven applications.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps/MLOps practices including Kubernetes and CI/CD.
