Technical Lead – DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead – DevOps to drive the design, automation and operation of our cloud‑based production environments. The role will support multiple development teams, ensure 24/7 availability, and champion best‑in‑class security and reliability practices.

Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and recommend DevOps tools across multiple technologies and teams.
• Deploy, automate, maintain and manage AWS‑based production systems, ensuring performance, scalability and security.
• Build, release and configure production systems with 24 × 7 uptime requirements.
• Implement cloud security solutions and harden OS configurations on Windows and Linux.
• Coach development teams on DevOps practices and guide implementation.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional Agile teams throughout the full software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems.

Required skills

• AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
• CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Monitoring with Datadog.
• Containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, AWS Fargate.
• Cloud SDKs and scripting.
• Windows AD, clustering, failover, security patching.
