Technical Delivery & Operations Specialist

About the role

TeamIn is looking for a technically capable, highly proactive Technical Delivery & Operations Specialist to take projects from commercial objectives through to launch. The role requires independent problem‑solving, coordination of dependencies and end‑to‑end delivery without waiting for detailed tickets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve websites, landing pages and Shopify stores, integrating CRM, forms, email, payments, booking, analytics and fulfilment systems.
• Implement automations to reduce manual work, set up analytics, conversion tracking and reporting, and verify data accuracy.
• Translate business priorities into clear technical tasks, manage dependencies, chase missing information and keep projects moving.
• Research unfamiliar platforms, coordinate external developers, suppliers and hosting providers, test complete customer journeys and fix issues before launch.
• Manage launches, verify post‑launch performance, maintain concise documentation and provide clear progress updates.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver real projects into production.
• Strong practical web skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Git, APIs and integrations).
• Experience with Shopify and modern web platforms.
• Experience with automation tools and connecting software systems together.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools, including reviewing, debugging and testing their output.
• Excellent written and spoken English, high attention to detail and reliable follow‑through.
