Team Lead - Telesales (Call Center Operations)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lead in Sale Operations/Call Center to drive sales conversions, service excellence, and customer satisfaction within our high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the team towards sales and revenue targets
- Analyze sales performance and report KPIs
- Manage customer complaints and relationships
- Recruit, train and manage contact centre agents
- Ensure service levels and Help Desk operations are maintained
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in Telesales, Call Centre, or BPO operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on a shift and roster basis
- Degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage
