Supervising Associate – Power BI & Executive Insights

About the role

The Strategy & Value Insights Lead enables business leaders to understand market performance and key drivers through actionable insights. In this capacity, the Power BI & Executive Insights Lead designs, develops and maintains executive reporting solutions, dashboards and analytical products for USLI leadership, combining data modelling, visualization and business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards and recurring leadership reports.
• Create scalable reporting frameworks, reusable data models and standardized visualization components.
• Automate reporting workflows to improve timeliness, consistency and usability.
• Analyze market, revenue, sales, pipeline and operational performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex analysis into concise business narratives, visuals and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with data owners to validate data quality, support KPI standardisation and reporting governance.
• Leverage EY Global Analytics tools, Power Platform and AI‑enabled technologies to enhance insight generation.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or executive reporting.
• Advanced Power BI development skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on business context.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytics, information systems, business, statistics, engineering or a related discipline.
