Software Engineer – React & .NET

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Software Engineer to build scalable, high‑performance applications for WorkWave, a SaaS field‑service management platform. The role focuses on creating intuitive front‑end experiences with React while also contributing to the .NET backend. You will work in an AI‑driven development lifecycle, using tools such as Claude Code, Gemini and Rovo to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain highly responsive, accessible user interfaces using React and modern state‑management libraries.
• Develop and update server‑side logic, API endpoints and database queries within the .NET (C#) backend.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini, Rovo) to generate boilerplate code, refactor legacy components and create test coverage.
• Validate that AI‑generated code meets enterprise security standards, performance benchmarks and best practices before merging.
• Continuously improve the AI‑driven software development lifecycle and development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
