Software Engineer - Front End

About the role

ISA is seeking a Front End Software Engineer to develop, test, and deliver high‑quality software components. The role involves collaborating with product, project, and IT teams to turn business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and automate testing of software products and components for ISA, contributing to the technology stack and overall architecture.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations in line with ISA’s architectural principles, working closely with product owners, project managers and IT solutions managers.
• Support testing and implementation of technical solutions, and review technical documentation, user guides, training manuals and system specifications for quality and compliance.
• Identify and recommend appropriate tools, languages and frameworks needed for design execution while ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards.
• Implement best practices, explore emerging technologies and share knowledge across teams to continuously improve ISA’s service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in an IT environment, preferably in a development department, with exposure to DevOps or software engineering.
• Strong algorithmic skills, experience with core system configuration, testing and cloud environments.
• Fluent English and good problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive attitude toward knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
