Software Engineer – Application Support

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer – Application Support to maintain and enhance critical logistics applications in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment. The role blends production support with development, requiring strong coding, debugging, and database troubleshooting abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise logistics applications.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Debug and fix issues using .NET/C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Implement change requests, bug fixes, and minor feature enhancements.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Manage incidents through ITIL‑based processes using ServiceNow.
• Track development tasks and changes via Azure DevOps.
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and business users.
• Participate in major incident handling and on‑call rotations (approximately once per month).

Required profile

• Strong experience with .NET/C# development.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to read, debug, and modify production code.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Exposure to Azure (preferred) or AWS.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Major Incident Management).
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
