Social Media Marketing & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, trend‑savvy Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to boost W3Inventor’s brand visibility and generate leads across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. The role will involve planning, producing and optimizing short‑form video and visual content that showcases our services, client success stories and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness and drive inquiries.
• Create high‑quality, engaging short‑form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including trends, product explainers and behind‑the‑scenes clips.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement and platform optimisation on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and adjust content based on analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight services, client case studies and company culture.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest platform algorithms, trends and content formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or personal brands.
• Strong communication skills in English; Sinhala or Tamil is a plus.
• Creative mindset, initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Video creation and editing using mobile or desktop tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Canva.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and ability to adapt them for a digital agency.
• Basic graphic design skills for posts, carousels and stories.
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns and LinkedIn B2B content strategy (nice to have).
