Senior Technical Lead – Privileged Access Management

About the role

Sysco LABS is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join its global Cybersecurity team. In this position you will own the design, implementation and ongoing management of the enterprise‑wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform that secures access for more than 80,000 users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for the PAM infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure privileged access.
• Plan, architect and deploy PAM solutions using technologies such as CyberArk and HashiCorp.
• Manage privileged accounts for both human users and service identities, including key management, digital certificates and API access.
• Provide expert guidance on privileged access policies, security requirements and identity governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional security and IT teams to align PAM controls with corporate and international infrastructure standards.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to deliver global coverage and support rapid transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating PAM solutions at an enterprise scale.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
