Senior Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the technical delivery of CargoWise One solutions for our logistics clients. The role involves configuring, upgrading, and enhancing the system while ensuring seamless integration with third‑party applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CargoWise One implementations, configuration, upgrades and enhancements.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, EDI, XML, JSON and file‑based interfaces.
• Support data migration, mapping, transformation, validation and data‑quality activities.
• Configure modules such as Forwarding, Warehouse Management, Tariff & Rates, and Accounting/Billing.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Assist with system, integration, UAT, regression testing, releases and production deployments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in monitoring, incident and change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise clients and internal teams on CargoWise capabilities and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with CargoWise, ERP consulting, logistics technology or system integration.
• Proven experience as a CargoWise Technical Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, billing, customs and logistics workflows.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
