About the role

Intervest is seeking a Senior Tech Lead with deep expertise in React to drive enterprise‑wide technical strategy and architectural decisions. You will lead large engineering teams, influence industry standards, and deliver transformational solutions across multiple products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise technical strategy with industry‑wide impact.
• Design and oversee enterprise‑scale system architecture and performance standards.
• Lead innovation initiatives that reduce technical debt and boost productivity.
• Develop and mentor engineering leaders across all experience levels.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and communicate technical risks.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior technical leadership.
• Proven ability to lead engineering organizations of 15‑25+ engineers.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering large‑scale technical transformations.
• Excellent communication skills for executive and board‑level interactions.
