About the role
The Senior Tax Manager will lead the tax function, shaping strategy and ensuring compliance for a dynamic organization. This pivotal leadership position offers the chance to work independently with clients, guide a team, and influence senior management decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day tax compliance activities and filings.
- Represent the company during tax audits and investigations, liaising with authorities.
- Communicate tax strategies, findings, and results to senior management and key stakeholders.
Required profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant who has completed relevant tax examinations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ taxation experience within an accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- In‑depth knowledge of Sri Lankan tax laws and regulations.
