Senior Software Engineer – .NET/Angular

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of core platform services for our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. You will work on the Foundation Data Model, Unified Authentication, and a Common Admin Console, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and modern.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate backend services using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement enterprise identity solutions such as OIDC, SAML, SSO, and Okta.
• Design, query, and maintain relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Build responsive UI components with Angular.
• Integrate RabbitMQ and Elastic for messaging and search capabilities.
• Provide technical support to product teams during migration initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in backend or full‑stack development.
• Strong expertise in enterprise identity systems.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, Angular, RabbitMQ, and Elastic.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and modernized platform services.
