Senior Software Engineer - Laravel

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Laravel Backend Engineer to join a collaborative team building digital loyalty and customer‑engagement solutions. You will design scalable backend services, create robust RESTful APIs, and work closely with frontend, mobile and QA teams to deliver secure, maintainable features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Laravel‑based backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate with AWS services and external platforms, including POS systems.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end product features.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date API and technical documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, secure coding practices and API security.
• Experience working with AWS (and preferably GCP) and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with relational databases and backend architecture.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple tasks.
