About the role

MAGA Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our family. The position is based at the Highway Road Project in Galagedara, Katunayake.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and review detailed quantity take‑offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for highway construction works.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure to ensure effective cost control.
Prepare interim payment applications, valuations, and final accounts.
Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters in coordination with the project team.
Review subcontractor measurements, payment applications, and contractual compliance.

Required profile

BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of total professional experience in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Highway/Road construction projects or building projects.
