About the role
The organization is looking for a Senior Manager Legal to be based in Katunayaka. This senior position will provide legal expertise and guidance within the company, focusing on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) listing rules.
- Support and advise on corporate governance best practices.
- Provide legal counsel on matters related to securities and corporate regulations.
Required profile
- Attorney‑at‑Law qualification.
- LLB from a recognized university (advantage).
- 5–7 years of active professional experience in a legal role.
Required skills
