Senior Manager – Dealer Network Management (Passenger Vehicle Aftersales)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Dealer Network Management (Passenger Vehicle Aftersales) will oversee the development, performance, and compliance of the company’s after‑sales network, including owned Tier‑01 service centres, franchise Pitstops and authorized service networks. Reporting to the Director of After‑sales, this senior strategic position aligns network activities with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define network strategy based on area potential, TIV, capacity planning and resource mapping for regional workshops, body shops and Pitstops.
• Identify prime locations for owned workshops and potential franchise dealers, prepare business feasibility proposals, and manage project execution and commissioning.
• Map and acquire resources (Capex, Opex, HR), monitor performance, ROI and year‑over‑year growth of the service network.
• Maintain brand standards, product training and ensure compliance to create a fool‑proof operational structure.
• Organise regional engagement events, service camps and recognition programmes in coordination with sales and spare‑parts teams.
• Design and implement rewards and recognition programmes that promote a performance‑based culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in automobile after‑sales, including at least 5 years in senior leadership of network or channel development.
• Strong understanding of workshop capacity planning, SOPs and service KPIs for mechanical and body‑shop operations.
• Basic finance and project proposal appraisal knowledge.
• Proven networking with key stakeholders such as insurers, government accounts and regulatory bodies.

Required skills

• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven performance analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP).
