Senior Key Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to drive revenue and GMV growth across General Merchandising and Lifestyle categories. The role will manage strategic key accounts, build long‑term partnerships and develop growth plans aligned with Daraz commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and GMV growth across General Merchandising and Lifestyle categories.
• Manage and grow strategic key accounts while building long‑term business partnerships.
• Develop account‑level growth plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, brands and assortment expansion possibilities.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, campaigns and visibility.
• Monitor category and seller performance, using market trends and competitor insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics and other internal teams to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, E‑commerce, FMCG or Retail.
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and meet revenue targets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
