Senior Full Stack Engineer (Golang, Python, React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain core product features that customers use daily. You will work across the entire stack, creating intuitive user interfaces, robust backend services, and scalable infrastructure while leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools to boost productivity and code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack product features (frontend, backend, database).
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Create and sustain backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express, NestJS) and integrate internal and third‑party systems.
• Model data and write efficient queries in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver AI‑enhanced features.
• Utilize AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for implementation, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
• Write clean, testable code supported by unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and help define engineering standards.
• Support architecture decisions for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability for fast, reliable releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver stable fixes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Full Stack, Backend, or Frontend Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js (Express, NestJS) or ability to adapt quickly.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs/query builders.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs; exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
• Good grasp of web fundamentals: HTTP, authentication, authorization, performance, and security.
• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD practices, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools and eager to maximize their value.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
