Senior Finance Executive (CIMA Qualified)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to support financial decision‑making across our business. The role involves analysing performance, reviewing P&L statements and key financial indicators, and delivering actionable insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse P&L statements, budgets, forecasts and other financial reports to assess business performance.
• Identify trends, variances, risks and areas requiring attention.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision‑making.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and investigate significant variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business performance analysis.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to understand financial performance and operational drivers.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information and reports.

Required profile

• CIMA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, management accounting, financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong ability to read, interpret and analyse P&L statements and financial reports.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools.
