Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate and streamline our operations, manage infrastructure, and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and other standard tools.
• Design, deploy and maintain Azure Landing Zone architecture, AKS clusters, container apps and serverless functions.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform and Azure Bicep.
• Write automation scripts in Bash, PowerShell and Python.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise production environments for availability, performance, scalability and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions, and drive adoption of best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams.

Required skills

• Linux/Unix system administration.
• Scripting with Bash and Python (also PowerShell).
• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Microsoft Azure services: AKS, Azure Container Apps, Azure Function Apps.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
• GitOps: ArgoCD, Helm.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code: Terraform, Azure Bicep.
• Monitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog.
